| Description: | This is a typical stainless steel reactor with internal coil pipes in our factory. The coil pipes in the reactor can be used for heating while the medium is performing reaction in the body tank. They are made of stainless steel and all the coil pipes are polishing as bright as the mirror. The reactor can be made in variable specifications and different sizes according to our customers'' requirements. It has great advantages as the following: A) easy to operate and control, and easy to clean.; B) Time saving and conveient. It functions heating while the medium is reacting inside. So it can help to save the waiting time comparing to traditional steps of heating before reacting. C)Good quality materials (eg. SS plates, flanges, pipes, bolts, nuts, etc. )made and sourced from validated manufacture; D)Strict inspection following each production procedure ( material incoming, componet forming, welding, assembling, surface treatment, final completion); E)Fine procedure conducted by qualified and sed workers. The quality ratio of welding seams can reach 95% before RT.; F)Fine appearance. The surface of the machine(both inside and outside) looks good and feels smoothy, and welding seams are treated perfectly, so you cann''t easily find the trace of welding.
